Digital Products (Guided Journals & Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been purchased and access has been granted or the download has been completed.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your needs. We offer exchanges for digital products under the following conditions:

  • You may exchange your purchased digital product for another product of equal or lesser value within 7 days of purchase
  • The exchange request must be submitted before you have downloaded or accessed the digital content
  • If exchanging for a product of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit for future purchases
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the product you’d like to exchange for

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues. This does not constitute a refund but rather technical support to ensure you receive what you purchased.


Life Coaching Services

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund available: If you cancel your scheduled coaching session more than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will receive a full refund
  • Late cancellation fee: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded
  • No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided

Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur the $20 fee

Coaching Packages

  • Multi-session coaching packages follow the same cancellation policy for individual sessions
  • Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a prorated basis, minus the $20 cancellation fee per session, if cancellation notice meets the 24-hour requirement
  • Coaching packages do not expire as we understand that these packages are often purchased for gifts on special occasions. However, we will only be able to refund coaching packages when we receive a request for a refund within 60 days of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

We will respond to all requests within 2-3 business days.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if:

  • There is evidence of abuse of our policy
  • Digital products have been accessed, downloaded, or used
  • The request does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy
